Data we process
We process the information you submit when requesting or buying a book, such as your email address, selected edition and transaction reference. Stripe processes payment details; BilingualBooks does not store complete card details.
Analytics and logs
We use privacy-conscious site analytics and necessary server logs to understand aggregate usage, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. We do not sell personal data.
Purpose and retention
We use data to deliver purchases, answer requests, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve the service. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing bilingual.books.support@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where law requires it.
