Digital delivery
No physical product is shipped. Available editions are delivered through a download link after successful payment. Preorder or priority pages clearly identify products that are not ready for immediate delivery.
Problems with a file
If a paid file cannot be downloaded, is corrupt, or does not match the selected title, language pair, layout or format, contact support so we can replace or correct it.
Refund requests
Refund rights for digital content depend on the buyer's location and whether delivery has begun with the required consent. Contact support with the transaction email and order reference; eligible requests are handled under applicable law and Stripe's payment process.
